About C.K.Transport Ltd
Founded in 1991 by Dave Creamer and Eric Kennard, C.K.Transport started business distributing 'White' and 'Brown' goods in and around Surrey and South London.
In 1999, the company became incorporated. Paul Cornelis joined the business as Finance Director and co-shareholder of the newly formed private limited company. The business flourished, with expertise and understanding applied to international freight as well as within the domestic home market. Multilingual translation further enhanced performance and contracts were gained for distribution to neighbouring European countries as well as Scandinavia.
Continued success led to further expansion with the opening of a 10,000 sq/ft warehouse and distribution centre in Coulsdon, Surrey.
In 2001, C.K. Transport Ltd became a proud member of TPN - The Pallet Network. As one of the UK's leading palletised freight distribution networks, we were able to offer Next Day & Economy deliveries throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.
To further improve access and enable a speedier central distribution, the company relocated to new offices in June 2006 at Unit 3, Newman Road Industrial Estate, Croydon. This offered a more modern and secure warehouse.
In January 2011, CK Transport Ltd moved into Unit 4, with refurbished newly decorated offices, accompanied by a 10,000 sq/ft secure warehouse, plus mezzanine floor to further the development and expansion of the business.
